Directions

From George Washington Bridge (Upper Level)

Take exit for "Fort Lee/Hudson Terrace"-go to bottom of ramp and turn right at the light. Go under the bridge overpass to first light. Turn right and go to next light (Martha Washington Way). Make left and continue past the light at Main Street. Continue three blocks (road name now changes to Palisade Avenue) to Palisade Medical and Professional Building on the right side (#1567 Palisade Avenue).

NJ Turnpike Northbound

Follow the signs to the George Washington Bridge. As you approach the Bridge, take the last Exit in New Jersey. Continue until you cross Lemoine Avenue (major intersection). Go one block past intersection to Martha Washington Way. Turn right on MWW and continue straight past one light (Main Street). Road name changes to Palisade Avenue. Continue on Palisade for approximately 3 blocks to Palisade Medical and Professional Building (1567 Palisade Avenue) across from the PNC Bank.

Route 46 Eastbound

46 east toward George Washington Bridge. Take last exit in NJ. Continue until you cross Lemoine Avenue (major intersection). Go one block past intersection to Martha Washington Way. Turn right and continue on MWW straight past one light (Main Street). Road name changes to Palisade Avenue. Continue on Palisade for approximately 3 blocks to Palisade Medical and Professional Building (1567 Palisade Avenue) across from the PNC Bank.

From Route 4 Eastbound

Follow signs to the George Washington Bridge. As you approach the Bridge, take the "Last Exit in New Jersey" to Fort Lee. Continue until you cross Lemoine Avenue (major intersection). Go one block past intersection to Martha Washington Way. Turn right on MWW and continue straight past one light (Main Street). Road name changes to Palisade Avenue. Continue on Palisade for approximately 3 blocks to Palisade Medical and Professional Building (1567 Palisade Avenue) across from the PNC Bank.

From Palisades Parkway Southbound

Take exit for Hudson Terrace (last exit before toll). Make left and continue under bridge overpass to light. Turn right at the light and continue to first light (Martha Washington Way). See Directions from George Washington Bridge.

From Kennedy Boulevard Northbound

Follow Kennedy Boulevard until it turns into Bergen Boulevard. Continue on Bergen Boulevard until it merges with 46 East. Follow instructions above from Route 46 Eastbound.

From N.Y Port Authority

Bus 156: Will leave you on Center Ave. & Whiteman St. Walk three blocks down to Palisade Ave., building is on the corner.

Bus159: Will leave you on Hoym St. Walk two block to Palisade Ave., building is on the corner of Whiteman and Palisade.
